A Shift in Earth’s Axis Causes Global Weather Changes

If you listen to Al Gore and the other so called experts on the theory of global warming, you would probrably be convinced that global warming is the cause of earth’s sudden changes in weather patterns. What many people do not know is that something far more important has most likely caused these radical changes in weather.

In February of 2010, a massive 8.8 Earthquake in Chile was confirmed to have shifted the earth’s axis permanently, according to scientists at NASA. Although the shift in the earth’s axis caused only a 1.26 microsecond loss of each earth day, the cumulative effect of massive earthquakes and Tsunamis such as the one that occurred in Chile, can cause global changes in weather as each progressively occur.

A very large quake such as the one that occurred in Chile this year, moves massive amounts of rock that changes the distribution of the mass of the planet. As Earth’s mass changes, so also does the shift of the axis, which in turn changes global weather.

A second factor is the location of the massive quake itself. The type of fault located in Chile that caused the catastrophic quake, because of it’s strategic location on Earth, is more effective at moving the Earth’s mass and therefore more effective in shifting the axis of the earth.

In 2004, the most deadly Tsunami in history located at the Indian ocean, shortened each earth day by 6.8 microseconds and again contributed to a shift in the earth’s axis. Each progressive natural disaster that occurs on the Earth causes an additional change in the mass of the earth, which in turn can change the axis of the earth, thereby causing global weather changes just like we have been experiencing this year.

Earth has been experiencing an incredible increase in the number of global earthquakes just since 1973.

In 1973, there were more than 5,000 Global Quakes

In 1983, there were more than 10,000 Global Quakes

In 1993, there were more than 20,000 Global Quakes

In 2003, there were more than 30,000 Global Quakes.

We are on target now for over 40,000 Global quakes by 2013.

This is an incredible 500 percent increase in Global earthquake activity in just 30 years.

The normal possition of earth’s axis is 23.5 degrees. The tilt of the earth on it’s axis is what gives us our four seasons of Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. Scientists have long understood that even a slight variation in the axis of the earth could cause global changes in weather. Over the course of Earth’s history, scientists have confirmed that the earth has undergone several shifts in the axis of the Earth, which have resulted in global changes in weather.

Changes in the tectonic plates of Earth’s outer shell are what cause earthquakes as pressure builds between two plates. As this pressure build, eventually apposing plates breaking free of each other causing earthquakes or tsunami’s.

Over the course of Earth’s history the earth has actually begun to “wobble” on it’s axis and correct itself about every 7 years or so. On some occasions during Earth’s history, the wobble did not correct itself and Earth’s axis shifted violently. The effect of such a shift in the axis would move continents as much as 2,000 miles from their current location. One of the theories for the extinction of the dinosaur is that a shift in Earth’s axis moved the continents so violently that most all of the dinosaur populations were killed.

Great wooly Mammoth’s have been discovered in Siberia with tropical vegetation still in their digestive tracts. The animals appear to have been “quick frozen” right where they stood. The effect of a sudden shift in the Earth’s axis could move an animal from a tropical location to a frozen location in a matter of seconds.

In the Book of Revelation Chapter 8, John is directed towards the appearance of something that looked to him like “A burning mountian on fire, cast to the earth.” This was undoubtably a contact by earth with a massive Asteroid. Such an impact with earth by such a large object from space, could easily cause a very fast shift in the axis of the earth. Many of the events described by John in the Book of Revealtion from chapter 6 onward, could have been caused by a shift in the Earth’s axis.

Revelation 8:8 Then the second angel sounded: And something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became blood. And a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed. Then the third angel sounded: And a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water.

The question for us today is that if we truly are living in the Last Days just before Jesus returns to the earth to remove His church at the Rapture, are these smaller shifts in Earth’s axis a prelude to a massive shift in the axis that will soon be upon the earth?

Revelation 6:12 I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

If you have already believed upon Jesus as your own Lord and Savior then the events that are happening around the world today should not frighten you at all. In fact, they should be cause for great rejoicing as you realize that the coming of the Lord for all who love Him is very near, even at the door…
