It is a fact that all of us pass judgment on other people a hundred times a day.
While we are standing in line, we are judging the language, mannerisms, clothing and even the techno gadgets of the people near us. Their language offends us, their clothing is not what we would consider stylish. The smart phone they have is not as good as the one we own. C’mon you know it’s true. We all pass judgment on just about everyone we meet.
Have you ever gone an entire day without judging someone for something?
Then there are those to whom we see their life style, and we disapprove and often condemn them in our heart and minds for what we see and hear. We may not even know them at all, but we think that we have their life all figured out.
Passing judgment is a part of the fallen nature of human beings.
Why does the Bible warn us about passing such judgments on other people?
